but really. When someone posts a picture on Polyvore, they typically get 10 or so "You're soo pretty!" comments.
 
Even "Fav if you think I'm pretty".
 
Some people think "Oh, that's an insecure little girl looking for compliments"
 
But seriously, what if she really does have self-esteem issues?
 
Orr maybe if she's pretty and she knows it,
Then everybody's like "She's full of herself" or "She's a whore that thinks she's better than everyone else". But guys, when you fav a "Fav if you think I'm pretty" set, that's what you're incouraging!
 
People spend all this time telling other people they're beautiful, and tearing people that know they're beautiful down! We're HYPOCRITES.

Yes, I've vocalized my dislike for Bella before. But I don't dislike her because she's pretty and she knows it! That's what soo many people hate on her for. "She's concieted" "She's a hoe" whatever.
 
And of course, some people dislike her for the Cody Simpson thing. But that's not the point.
 
THE POINT is why do we spend so much time building people up just to tear them down?

Yes, we all know that about 6,000 people died on September 11, 2001. For causes that were personally instructed by terrorists. The decisions made by a group of people became the fate of some 6,000 people that day, and although a lot of it was the people inside of the twin towers, there were some people on the outside whom are often forgotten.
 
Most people know of the Pentagon, in which 125 people died.
Or Flight 93, in which many passengers had been stabbed or beaten before having to crash to the ground in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
Approximately 246 people died on the four planes that were hijacked and then cruelly crashed.
55 military personnel died in the Pentagon.

The worst part is, about 1,600 people that were killed in the World Trade Center are unidentified. Meaning their familes had no knowledge of their whereabouts, or they died in such a horrid way that their DNA just cannot be identified.
 
Now, I don't mean to bring politics into this, but no matter how many people hated Bush, it was not his fault this happened.
bin Laden all btut admitted to planning and following through with the attacks. But I'm going no further than that.
 
It's so sad how that second plane was giving people hope just before it hit the tower. People thought all sorts of things. That it was a military plane or a helicopter sent to rescue people. Then it hit.
 
So yes, we honor each and every one of the people that died on this day. Not only the victims that suffocated in the Twin Towers, but all of the defenseless people who had no idea they were waking up that morning, and going to work, only for their lives to be ended by the heartless terrorists.

So um, there's this guy named Drake at my school. He goes out with a girl named Bayleigh.
 
Drake is like, head over heels for this girl.
 
But she calls him immature, and says he's a loser, and likes to make fun of him.
 
However, he's really good to her and calls her every night and everything.
 
I was seriously torn for a while over whether I should tell Drake about what Bayleigh says about him.
 
However, I don't really talk to Bayleigh. She's really pretty or whatever, but she's just kind of weird.
 
So I was being stupid about 4 weeks ago and wrote something kind of mean about Drake in a note I was passing with two other people (both girls).
 
but for some insane reason, one of the girls decided to give Drake the note.
 
Now, Drake and I practically hated each other last year. but over the summer we became real friends.
 
So Drake was all torn that I would say something. He said "he thought I was his friend" and everything, which made me really depressed for about 2 days.
 
Then yesterday, because I'm some sort of selfish bit.ch or whatever, I told him what she says about him.
 
{Well, the real reason I told him was because he got SO mad about me saying something small when his own girlfrined says crap about him all the time}
 
Now he texted her and was all "Why do you go out with me if you think I'm an immature loser?"
 
So today, I got ten tons of crap dumped on me for "ruining their relationship on purpose" or whatever.
 
I was honestly just trying to save his feelings! She's horrible to him! He's too nice and I just... I don't even know.
 
I'm tried to apologize to both of them now.
 
I don't think it's working too well.
 
What do I do?
